Payment/Guarantee
To avoid being penalized, reservations must be cancelled by midnight (CET), three days prior to arrival. Cancellations must be sent by email or fax. In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show, Hotel Twenty One will charge the equivalent of the first night’s stay by way of penalty.

Cancellation conditions
Reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to three days prior to the date of arrival. In the event of a cancellation after that deadline or a no-show, the amount due for the first night will be charged.
